Close Upload Assistant, then delete webui_auth.json from the path for your operating system:

Windows: %APPDATA%\upload-assistant\webui_auth.json
Linux with XDG_CONFIG_HOME: $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/upload-assistant/webui_auth.json
Linux/macOS fallback: ~/.config/upload-assistant/webui_auth.json
Developer/local repo fallback: data/webui_auth.json

Open the Web UI again to create a new username and password.
